Medical weight loss · Online · Licensed providers

Weight-loss care led by a licensed provider, from home.

Complete a medical intake online. A provider licensed in your state reviews your history and decides whether GLP-1 treatment is safe and appropriate for you. If you’re prescribed, your medication ships from a licensed US pharmacy, and your care team follows up every month.

How it works

Three steps, with a provider making every medical decision.

Step 1

Complete a medical intake

Answer questions about your health history, current medications, and goals, then create your account. The intake takes about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Provider evaluation

A provider licensed in your state reviews your intake. They may message you with questions, request labs, or schedule a video visit before deciding whether to prescribe.

Step 3

Treatment and follow-up

If prescribed, a licensed pharmacy ships your medication to you. Your provider checks in monthly to review progress and side effects and to adjust your dose.

How has the nausea been this week?
Much better since we slowed the dose.
Great. Let’s hold here another two weeks.

Care that continues

A provider who follows up, not a vending machine.

Most of the work happens after the first prescription. Your care team tracks how you feel, adjusts your dose when side effects flare, and answers questions between visits, all from your phone.

  • Monthly provider check-ins on progress and side effects
  • Unlimited secure messaging with your care team
  • Dose adjustments based on how you respond
  • Guidance on nutrition and protecting muscle

What’s included

One monthly price covers the whole program.

No membership fee layered on top, and no surprise pharmacy bill at checkout. If you’re prescribed, everything arrives together in one temperature-controlled box.

Why GLP-1

Built on a well-studied class of medication.

GLP-1 receptor agonists act on the hormones that regulate appetite and fullness. They’re meant to be used alongside changes to diet and activity, not instead of them.

These medications aren’t right for everyone, and they carry real risks. Your provider will talk through whether the benefits outweigh the risks for you, including FDA-approved options.

Important safety information. GLP-1 medications may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and stomach pain. FDA-approved versions of these active ingredients carry a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors seen in rodents; they must not be used by people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, low blood sugar, kidney injury, and allergic reactions.
